The Toronto Lords Juvenile Girls opened the season in a strong manner, defeating the Mississauga Wolverines 54-30 on Saturday, December 1st.  The team pushed the ball at every opportunity, played spectacular defence, and had great contributions from all the team members as 8 different players scored.  Leading the way were Cori Browne with 17 points, Jeylinh Bui with 12 points, 7 assists and 6 rebounds, and Lucy O’Connor providing yeoman work on the boards with 14 rebounds.  Great work, can’t […]

Tryouts for the Toronto Lords Juvenile Girls (U17) team have been going on for a couple of weeks and we have been working exceptionally hard. Personally I have enjoyed the intensity expected at all the tryouts.  For example we are always running or walking, constantly moving quickly through our drills, and when we aren’t we are about to be.
